She is interested in small cracks in coherent identity and totalizing system. Her practice focus on exposing those nuanced friction under the seemingly smooth mundane life and the absurdity of the social values and reality that people have grown accustomed to. One of her favorite things to do is to create avatars in the world wide web using the agency of one single human body. Her work riffs on a bricolage of digital and physical material culture, especially popular culture across ancient and modern time. When she gets lost in this world, she always follows the trace of her matriarchal ancestors. She is obsessed with the hypertextuality of all the stories being told in any forms of art, and always positions her work as one knot in this huge web.
